How does pet sitting work?
Pet sitting services are provided by arranging a number of visits per day to your home. The number per day will depend on the type of pet and any special needs your pet may have. Once service is agreed upon, a free consultation is arranged to meet you and your pets during which time pet, client and veterinary information, as well as service agreement, will be discussed.
Client must provide two copies of house key, one for regular service and one for emergency back-up.
Benefits of In-Home Pet Sitting
- Individual
care and attention: Your pet receives one on one attention during
each visit by someone who has your pet's best interests in mind.
- Reduces
stress on pet and owner: Your pet won't have to travel to a
boarding facility and can stay in a familiar environment.
- Continued
pet care routine: We closely follow your pet's daily care routine,
including feeding, watering, exercising and some medications.
- Minimal Health
issues: Your pet avoids exposure to illness from other animals
- Added
Home Security: Daily visits can provide extra home security and
deter crime while
you're away. Upon request, we will provide basic services such as
bringing in mail and newspapers, adjusting blinds, setting out
trash receptacles and turning on/off lights.
